Once we scheduled your first appointment, the first session or two will center around fully assessing the problem that brought you into the office, and answering any initial questions you may have. I want to get to know you and build trust so that I can best assist you.
Subsequent sessions will be based on your identified goals, which we can discuss together, so we can work together to achieve what initially brought you into the office.
I also offer options for out-of-network insurance coverage and self-pay.

EAP: I am contracted with several companies Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). Please provide the EAP group name, company name, authorization number and forms for reimbursement.
