My career encompasses a diverse range of experiences across multiple settings, including outpatient mental health care and the Department of Veterans Affairs, where I have the honor of supporting those who have served our nation. Hello!

ABOUT ME

My approach to therapy is rooted in creating a safe, compassionate, and trusting environment where clients feel heard and supported. By exploring the connections between past experiences and present challenges, I help clients gain deeper self-awareness and develop practical strategies for navigating life’s complexities. I am dedicated to teaching tools for emotional regulation, improving relationships, and making empowered decisions.
My approach:
I believe in tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each individual. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method, I integrate a blend of therapeutic modalities. My approach is strengths-based, emphasizing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—to help clients renew, restore, and sustain their well-being.
